Job Overview: This exciting opportunity is for a creative and motivated Strategic Marketing and Social Media Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage our social media presence, maintain our company website, and drive engagement to build our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns and events to align with business objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign success and event outcomes
  • Create engaging online and offline marketing content
  • Support the sales team with marketing content and campaigns to drive sales growth
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to meet business goals
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends to foster community engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights
  • Manage and maintain the company's website content, ensuring it remains up-to-date
  • Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on social media management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and graphic design software
  • Analytical skills with experience in interpreting social media metrics and performance data
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic website management is an asset

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
