Marketing Coordinator Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives. You will assist in coordinating key projects across digital marketing, product launches, and social content, contributing to performance tracking and reporting.

  • Proofread marketing assets, emails, and website content for accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Write briefs for creative teams, coordinating copy and visual assets.
  • Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure the marketing calendar aligns with product arrival schedules and inventory updates.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns, including proofreading, ensuring accuracy in links and design, and more.

Social Media Support

  • Assist with the scheduling and posting of content across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest), ensuring alignment with content calendars.
  • Help monitor American Tall's social communities by responding to comments and messages and engaging with followers to foster brand loyalty.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Help compile and present reports on marketing performance, including campaign KPIs, social and ambassador program metrics.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in digital media, social marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with Shopify, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), e-mail deployment tools (e.g., Klaviyo), business intelligence tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of projects with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus reflecting your contributions to our success. We also match RRSP contributions, support community engagement through our lunch program, and provide flexible work hours and employee discounts.
