About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at N-able Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue expansion in assigned accounts.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Leadership and Customer Success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned accounts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic business decisions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on enterprise sales.
  2. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  3. Strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned accounts.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex business concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
