Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative Brand Portfolio Director to enhance our leading brands in vibrant markets across the globe. This role requires a deep understanding of customer insights and market dynamics, allowing you to influence the future of our products with your creative vision. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will implement strategies that resonate globally, bringing our brands to life both digitally and in retail environments. Your strategic contributions will shape ambitious plans that drive sustainable growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a visionary and long-term strategic direction for the brand portfolio aligned with business objectives.
  • Enhance brand equity to establish a strong brand presence among consumers and healthcare professionals through effective communication and messaging.
  • Identify research needs to gain insights into consumer behavior and uncover future growth opportunities.
  • Translate diverse research data into actionable insights for brand growth.
  • Lead innovation initiatives for the current portfolio and explore new market opportunities that align with consumer needs and financial goals.
  • Continuously monitor brand performance using key metrics and research findings, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee financial aspects including sales, profit and loss, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
  • Foster strong relationships with global and North American counterparts to share insights and drive brand performance.
  • Guide effective communication strategies across all marketing channels to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop creative messaging and direction for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Management with a specialization in marketing or strategic planning.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within consumer goods or a related field.
  • Proven strategic capabilities in brand strategy development and positioning.
  • Experience leading innovation projects from concept to market.
  • Strong project management skills in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to enhance brand engagement.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and their application.
  • Experience in coaching and guiding team members.
  • Background in working with consumer, medical, and retail channels to drive brand performance.
  • Experience in regulated environments and financial management.
