We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at ARMS PUB. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Culinary LeadershipSupervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Inventory ManagementManage kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
Team ManagementLead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that we deliver exceptional customer service and meet our business objectives.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and AbilitiesExcellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
Personal QualitiesStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our kitchen team
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be required to work in a team environment and be flexible to meet the needs of our business.
