Clinical Director, Mental Health and Substance Use

Fraser Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead our Mental Health and Substance Use team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
- Supervise designated clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes, identifying opportunities for change and assessing available resources.
- Participate in risk management for the clinical area, conducting safety audits and reviewing related reports.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services, manage cases, and facilitate meetings.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
- Four years of recent related experience, including two years of staff supervisory experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and theories of social work, clinical counseling, or other health-related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective clinical supervision and leadership to staff within an interdisciplinary team setting.
