Lead the Way in Mental Health and Substance Use

Fraser Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead our Mental Health and Substance Use team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff.
  2. Supervise designated clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  3. Develop and implement quality improvement processes, identifying opportunities for change and assessing available resources.
  4. Participate in risk management for the clinical area, conducting safety audits and reviewing related reports.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services, manage cases, and facilitate meetings.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
  • Four years of recent related experience, including two years of staff supervisory experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and theories of social work, clinical counseling, or other health-related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective clinical supervision and leadership to staff within an interdisciplinary team setting.
