Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Panesar Transport Inc. as an Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that established procedures are followed, and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment maintenance, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, and security services.
- Assemble and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to work 32.5 hours per week.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
