About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at F.C.H. Limited Partnership o/a Econolodge Fox Creek. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front desk and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on hotel operations and performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Availability
    • Availability for shift or on-call work.
