Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at F.C.H. Limited Partnership o/a Econolodge Fox Creek. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to hotel staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent guest service.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on hotel operations, including guest feedback and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel management software.
