Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Fox Creek Limited Partnership o/a Comfort Inn and Suites. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of hotel staff.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as necessary to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, and ability to work as a team player.
  • Permanent work arrangement, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
