About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at F.C.H. Limited Partnership o/a Econolodge Fox Creek. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
    • Arrange repair work as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Procurement and Inventory
    • Requisition materials and supplies as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language and Availability
    • Fluency in English.
    • Availability for shift or on-call work.
