Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Fox Creek Limited Partnership o/a Comfort Inn and Suites. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 hotel staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Operations Management: Maintain the efficient operation of hotel systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop hotel staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
