Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and judgment skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
