We are seeking a skilled Data Access Engineering Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional data access management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data security management, with a focus on data access control solutions. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data access control frameworks, as well as integrating with other solutions such as data cataloging, data marketplaces, and data lakes.

Key responsibilities of the Data Access Engineering Specialist will include:

  • Designing and implementing data access control frameworks, including role-based access control, attribute-based access control, and policy-based access control
  • Integrating with data cataloging, data marketplaces, and data lakes to support data access management solutions
  • Collaborating with the Director of Data Access Management and other team members to support technical implementations and program milestones
  • Participating in testing activities to ensure tool integrations are properly implemented
  • Helping to prepare regular updates for stakeholders regarding proposed solutions, timelines, progress, and issues

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data access governance. They will also have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
