Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sino Canadian Seafood Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Compile data to prepare documents and reports
- Prepare and coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
- Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports
- Provide customer service and support

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong organizational and communication skills
