This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with Deafblind individuals, facilitating access to information and communication, while also providing sighted guidance and environmental support. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized services that enable our clients to maximize their independence and participate fully in their community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. A diploma or degree in a human services field or related experience is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and practice alternate formats of communication, such as Two-Hand Manual, American Sign Language, and Braille. Experience working with assistive technology and a flexible schedule are also assets.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
