Customer Service Representative - FX Dealing

Located in the Ebury Toronto office, this role requires a 5-day workweek in the office.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team in Toronto. As a key point of contact for corporate clients, you will provide daily operational and trading assistance, leveraging your exceptional client-facing skills, operational expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of 50 clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the Canadian dealing team to manage administrative tasks, liaising with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business activities, FX needs, and core business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to identify new opportunities and grow existing key accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product enhancements, and client needs to provide expert advice and support.

Requirements:

  • English fluency is a must, with working proficiency in French a plus.
  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of FX are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
