SharePoint Business and Support Specialist Role Summary
CB Canada is seeking an experienced SharePoint Business and Support Specialist to join our team. As a SharePoint Business and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the SharePoint Online environment, developing and implementing the SharePoint strategy, and providing support and guidance on SharePoint and other content management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SharePoint Online projects and solutions
- Configure form libraries, lists, workflows, team sites, and content management sites
- Provide support and guidance on SharePoint and other content management systems
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to interpret requirements and identify technology solutions
- Use advanced knowledge of out-of-the-box SharePoint features and tools to recommend solutions
- Develop Microsoft SharePoint workflow solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Research and recommend solutions that incorporate current SharePoint Online framework features and functionality
- Provide technical support on every aspect of SharePoint Online
- Collaborate and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree and 5 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office 365, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience with SharePoint security administration and site management concepts
- Strong technical aptitude, initiative, creativity, teamwork, and excellent customer service skills
