Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
