Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or office setting. A permanent position with 40 hours of work per week is available, with English as the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage staff members to ensure seamless operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences for reference purposes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to avoid conflicts and missed opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Gather data, statistics, and information to support business decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and files both physically and digitally
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative or office environment
  • Language: Fluency in English is necessary for this role
Benefits and Compensation:

Our salary for this position is estimated at around $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and industry standards.
