Job Title: Strategic Client Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our team at CA001 Marsh Canada Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyzing the risk to determine the product/service requirements.
  • Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers.
  • Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
  • Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities.
  • Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best-in-class resources for each client/prospect.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with commercial insurance.
  • Commercial and Damage license or Broker license as required by jurisdiction (RIBO, AMF, etc.), or ability to obtain one in 3-6 months.
  • Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance, and issues.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English – verbal and written.
