Strategic Client Services Director

About the Role
Evolving Web seeks a highly skilled Strategic Client Services Director to lead our client relationship management practice and drive growth through exceptional client service and account management.
This senior leadership position requires a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts in the digital space, with a strong understanding of Evolving Web's services and how to position them effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent listening and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and develop strategic solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute client growth and retention strategies
- Manage client communications and negotiations, providing senior-level client management support
- Lead strategic conversations to establish long-term relationships with clients
- Take ownership of selected client accounts and drive business growth
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with company objectives and values
Requirements
- 8-10 years of agency experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing client accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and develop strategic solutions
- Strong understanding of Evolving Web's services and how to position them effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive business growth
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
