Strategic Sales Operations Lead for SaaS Growth

We're seeking an experienced sales operations specialist to drive growth through strategic lead generation and pipeline management. Key responsibilities include:
- Building, qualifying, and developing inbound and organic leads to generate sales-ready opportunities
- Utilizing phone, email, and social media to connect with incoming sign-ups and identify prospective customers' pain points
- Booking meetings with qualified leads and managing PQL grading to prioritize who should be contacted first
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role at a SaaS company, with experience in ABM and PQL concepts and a technical outbound automation stack. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills are essential, as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (a second language is a plus).
