**Job Description**

The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency across the organization. This position requires a dynamic leader who can identify and address operational gaps, particularly in early-stage departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

The selected individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic projects aligned with the company's vision and objectives. These projects may include operational process improvements, sales administration enhancements, and other initiatives critical to the company's growth.

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, COO, CEO, Operational Senior Leader, or equivalent, with a proven track record of success in operational management, strategic planning, and scaling SaaS companies.
  • Extensive experience in Marketing, Sales, and Product management, with a deep understanding of how these functions intersect to drive growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Experience preparing and presenting reports, presentations, and strategic updates to boards, investors, and executive teams.

**Education**

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.

**Salary Range**

The annualized base salary range for this Victoria-based role is CAD $100,000 to $150,000. We offer a compensation package that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
