About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading our sales team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in the operational functions of the store, including inventory management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Customer Experience: Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times to promote an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Store Management: Assist store management in conducting new associate onboarding and trainings, and provide feedback to store management on individual and team performance.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in performing opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team and viewed as a leader among peers.
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to work varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
