- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Sales Team Lead will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
