We are seeking a skilled Framing Manager to lead our team of framers in creating exceptional custom framing solutions for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

* Lead and coach a team of framers to achieve sales and production goals
* Develop and implement strategies to drive custom framing sales
* Assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art
* Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs
* Participate in performance management activities and talent development
* Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and interact with customers in a positive and respectful manner

Requirements

* Basic computer skills
* Previous custom framing experience preferred
* Retail management experience and experience leading a sales team
* Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Work Environment

* Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work
* Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press
* Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
