Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Inspiretci. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.
Key Tasks- Generate and Process Documentation: Create and manage all necessary paperwork, including Bills of Lading, customs forms, and pro forma invoices.
- Coordinate Product Movements: Work closely with sales and customers to coordinate daily product movements and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage Inventory and Orders: Confirm product availability, build loads in our JDE system, and coordinate with the warehouse for orders with fittings.
- Communicate with Customers: Pre-call customers before shipment, as required, and communicate with customer service via email and phone calls.
- Perform Data Entry and Research: Enter data into our JDE and DSI systems, research and resolve purchase order issues, and complete necessary corrections.
- Track and Verify Deliveries: Track proof of delivery and ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-off.
- Support Inventory Processes: Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and French
- Previous experience with JDE and SAP (an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Valid forklift license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
