Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Inspiretci. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process necessary paperwork, including Bills of Lading, customs documents, and pro forma invoices.
  • Coordinate daily product movements with sales and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Verify product availability and build loads in our JDE system.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure orders with fittings are processed efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone calls to confirm shipment details.
  • Perform data entry in JDE and DSI systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Research and resolve purchase order issues, completing necessary corrections and updates.
  • Track proof of delivery and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-off.
Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience with JDE and SAP is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid forklift license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
