Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team at Inspiretci. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our warehouse.

Key Tasks
  • Generate and Process Documents: Create and manage all necessary paperwork, including bills of lading, customs forms, and pro forma invoices.
  • Coordinate Product Movements: Work closely with sales and customers to coordinate daily product movements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage Inventory and Orders: Confirm product availability, build loads in our JDE system, and coordinate with the warehouse for orders with fittings.
  • Communicate with Customers: Pre-call customers before shipment, as required, and communicate with customer service via email and phone calls.
  • Perform Data Entry and Research: Enter data into our JDE and DSI systems and research and resolve purchase order issues and complete necessary corrections.
  • Track and Verify Deliveries: Track proof of delivery and ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-off.
  • Support Inventory Processes: Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes and ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Previous experience with JDE and SAP is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Valid forklift license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
