Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Turning Point Brands Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, schedule transportation conveyances, and pack goods for shipment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues related to shipments or inventory.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Inventory control software, MS Outlook, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
