Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Turning Point Brands Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare and dispatch goods to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately complete and maintain all necessary documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and shipping records.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in inventory control software and MS Outlook.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
