About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to join our team at Element Fleet Management as the Senior Vice President of Talent & Performance Management. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Lead the development and execution of programs that identify key talent throughout our organization, including succession planning and leadership development. Collaborate with partners to help grow, evaluate, retain, and rotate key talent across the enterprise.
  • Consult with senior leaders: Ensure structures are aligned consistent with optimal design and in support of the current and future state of the business.
  • Performance Management: Lead the annual performance management cycle and align with compensation decisioning.
  • Learning & Development: Lead the design and implementation of all learning & development programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives including the annual and pulse survey cycle.

  • Deep talent, performance management, and organizational design experience.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive business results and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
