We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to join our team as the National Director, Cleantech, RBCx. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our cleantech innovation efforts and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive cleantech strategy to drive business growth and innovation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including startups, corporations, and government agencies
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cleantech space
- Collaborate with RBC's business lines to develop and implement cleantech-related products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide thought leadership on cleantech-related topics
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cleantech or sustainability space
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
- Strong network of contacts in the cleantech and sustainability communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
