Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at FAS Consulting Group Ltd. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and arranging travel.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including preparing minutes and reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors, including scheduling appointments and confirming meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
