Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Simply Station Square Restaurant Ltd. as a Dining Services Coordinator.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining services, including supervising staff and coordinating food preparation and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by implementing methods to meet work schedules and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the dining services department.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related role, with a permanent contract.
- Language: Fluency in English is necessary for this position.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
