We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at TENEN RESTAURANT.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a related field, such as hospitality or food services.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
