Restaurant Operations Manager

Tentatsu Japanese Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to maintain profitability.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices as needed, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
- Staff Management: Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and manage events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
