Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tentatsu Japanese Restaurant. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.
About the RoleAs a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee the overall performance of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and food quality. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment like ours. You should possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our senior leadership team to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
