Restaurant Operations Manager

Nando's Flame Grilled Chicken is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze daily restaurant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily plans to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
- Determine Type of Services to be Offered and Implement Operational Procedures: Work with the restaurant management team to determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Negotiate Arrangements with Suppliers for Food and Other Supplies: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and quality of goods.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience and are satisfied with their visit.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
