Are you a sales enthusiast looking to empower small businesses? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two conversations are the same? We're seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales team at Jobber, a leading provider of mobile technology solutions.
About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in developing relationships and trust with small businesses, helping them understand the value and efficiency of Jobber's solutions. Your consultative approach will drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach, while providing recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber's features.
Key Responsibilities- Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach
- Connect with small businesses to develop an understanding of their challenges and goals
- Provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber's features
- Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof, and product demonstrations
- Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to provide the best customer experience and exposure to Jobber's product
- Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics
- Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets
- Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment
- Driven, tenacious, and disciplined approach to sales
- Ability to find solutions and think on your feet
- Data-driven approach to sales, with ability to source, interpret, and create a narrative based on data
- Coachable and adaptable, with ability to thrive in a changing sales environment
- Clear and confident communication style, with ability to actively listen and consult with customers
- Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably Salesforce
