Jobber is seeking an Account Executive, Outbound to join our Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in developing relationships and trust with small businesses in our journey to power the world of mobile services.

The Account Executive will be responsible for:

  • Driving connection with potential customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach to create new opportunities
  • Leveraging strong communication and active listening skills to build rapport, trust, and a deep understanding of the small businesses we work with
  • Being a trusted advisor and product expert, providing recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber
  • Demonstrating the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof, and product demonstrations
  • Tracking key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets
  • Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment
  • Driven, tenacious, and disciplined approach to sales
  • Ability to find solutions and think on your feet
  • Data-driven approach to sales and customer success
  • Coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoyment of technology and its applications in sales and customer success
  • Clear and confident communication style
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably Salesforce
