Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Hansra Law. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Screen leads and conduct intake and sales conversations to identify business problems and sell solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and referral sources to generate repeat business and referrals
- Track and report metrics relating to marketing and sales conversion data
- Maintain accurate records and enter critical data into our software systems
- Proven sales experience with a consultative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using technology and software systems
