About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactive communication with potential clients to arrange on-site appointments or video calls for our management and other employees.
  • Regular work in CRM to optimize data quality, question existing processes, and create new ones.
  • Events: running telephone campaigns in parallel with the invitation process to maximize the number of participants, researching and sourcing speakers and participants, and participating in selected B2B events.
  • Research on various topics, such as companies, people, market developments, and trends.

About the Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales.
  • Native English language skills, with French being a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree and an affinity for insurance topics.
  • Strong communication skills, motivation, and a talent for sales.
