**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (full-time)**
The salary range is from $40-60,000 depending on experience and fully paid benefits are available after a 3-month probationary period. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-330pm.
Office administrator duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing customer invoices/billing, quotes, and purchase orders via Sage Accounting software
- Shipping products - arranging pickup, tracking orders, preparing for shipping etc.
- Customer support - Liaison with customers regarding their orders, shipping times, product questions etc.
- Prepare brochures, manuals, stickers, labels and other print-outs.
- Data/order entry and lookup via Microsoft Excel, and Sage Accounting software.
- Filing paper records and orders.
- Preparing information from databases for team members.
- Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
- Ordering various office supplies when necessary.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 3+ years experience with administrative work/receptionist duties and customer service.
- Proficient in Sage Accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Onedrive, Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional time management, facilitation, communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Experience with printers/printing various documents and manuals.
- Previous experience with corporate office procedures and best practices.
