Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Certified Professional Trainer to join our team at Learning Tree International USA, Inc. As a key member of our instructor team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging training sessions and helping our learners acquire new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on Microsoft products to diverse groups of learners.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Microsoft products to provide learners with practical insights and valuable knowledge.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to contribute to client briefs, course outlines, and course developments.
  • Cultivate a growth mindset and contribute to the continuous development of our instructors and learners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent experience in Microsoft products or consultancy services.
  • Excellent communication skills and hands-on technical experience and expertise in Microsoft products.
  • Subject Matter Expert with relevant certification in areas such as Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform, or Security.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to diverse learner groups.

Selection Process

Candidates will be asked to demonstrate their ability to meet our minimum criteria, followed by a virtual meeting with one of our course authors to assess their knowledge of Cloud Security. Successful candidates will then attend a 3-to-4-day virtual workshop to learn about our course methodology and assess their suitability to deliver content engagingly and professionally.
