Gymnastics Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Trainer to join our team at Nepean Corona School of Gymnastics.

This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 30-35 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this role is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Gymnastics Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for athletes or teams. You will motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and analyze their performance to identify areas for improvement.

• You will also participate in coaching clinic instruction, observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for all participants.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 1 Certificate in Coaching and a Level 2 Certificate in Coaching, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A certificate in gymnastics coaching (Level 1 and Level 2)
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, organization, and ability to work independently
• 20/20 vision, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to stand for extended periods
