Proven Change Management Trainer

    We are currently seeking an experienced Change Management Trainer to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As a Change Management Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting management training workshops and one-on-one coaching support to our clients.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and delivering training programs to various management levels across North American industries. They will also have strong presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Design, adapt, and tailor training material content to the needs of the client/project
  • Manage and deliver training sessions to our client's managers and front-line supervisors
  • Conduct individual follow-up and one-on-one coaching with the client's managers and front-line supervisors

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs to various management levels across North American industries
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on organizational development, communication, leadership development, etc.
  • PROSCI Certification
  • Proven presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment
  • Organized, disciplined, and motivated to work and succeed in a dynamic, results-oriented team environment
