Softchoice is seeking a highly skilled Trainer, Adoption and Change Management to join our team. As a Trainer, Adoption and Change Management, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led training to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training plans and curriculum in a technology or software related environment.
  • Deliver exceptional instructor-led training, with a background and understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
  • Contribute to cross-team efforts to provide and maintain customer-facing documentation and training collateral.
  • Observe and evaluate results and effectiveness of training sessions.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and familiarity with current end-user training methodologies and principles.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing training plans and curriculum in a technology or software related environment.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering exceptional instructor-led training, with a background and understanding of adult learning principles and training best practices.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills at all levels of an organization including customers, vendors, business stakeholders, and executives.
