Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Jollytops Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and ServiceOversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Train and Develop StaffTrain new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Manage Staff and OperationsRecruit, hire, and manage our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Manage Budgets and FinancesPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our restaurant operates within budget and that we are able to invest in our team and our customers.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
Culinary Knowledge and ExpertiseHave a deep understanding of our restaurant's culinary genres and be able to provide expert guidance and support to our team members.
Work Schedules and StaffingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring that we have the right staff in place to meet the needs of our customers.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Supervision3-4 people.
LanguageEnglish.
Work TermTemporary.
Hours35 to 40 hours per week.
